9777cx Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Rules

2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of 9777cx is strictly limited to natural persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of account creation. This requirement is absolute and applies equally to players across all cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 CNIC Verification. 9777cx reserves the right to require documentary verification of identity — including a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — at any point in the account lifecycle. Withdrawal facilities are gated behind successful identity verification. The Company may suspend or close any account where identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period upon request.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each natural person may maintain only one active 9777cx account. Where duplicate accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend all related accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate bonus funds. Real-money balances in verified duplicate accounts will be returned to the holder's nominated PKR payment method following investigation, less any bonus amounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any material misrepresentation — including falsification of name, date of birth, payment account details, or residential city — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Credential Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 9777cx login credentials. You must immediately notify the 9777cx support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Company shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.2 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 180 days are classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee, as published in the 9777cx fee schedule, may be deducted from dormant account balances. No fee shall reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their 9777cx account at any time by contacting support. The Company will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (Rs 200) will be returned to the Player's nominated PKR payment method following standard verification procedures.

3.4 Account Closure by 9777cx. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where the account holder is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

3.5 Two-Factor Authentication. 9777cx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. While 2FA is optional, accounts with 2FA disabled that subsequently suffer unauthorised access may receive a reduced level of dispute assistance from the Company.

4.1 Accepted Methods. 9777cx accepts deposits exclusively via the payment channels listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Current accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Direct, and Meezan Bank transfers. All deposits are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits below this threshold will be declined and returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit instantly under normal operating conditions. Raast transfers credit within 5 to 10 minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank credit within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of elevated transaction volume or payment provider maintenance.

4.4 Own Funds. Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party funding — depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from another person into your 9777cx account — is strictly prohibited. Transactions identified as third-party funded may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.

5.2 Verification Prerequisite. Withdrawal of winnings from a 9777cx account requires successful completion of identity verification, including submission of a valid CNIC. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may deposit and play but may not withdraw. 5.3 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used to fund the 9777cx account. Where a player has used multiple payment methods, withdrawals are allocated proportionally to the methods used, up to the deposited amount via each method, with any net winnings directed to the primary withdrawal method on record.

5.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 4 business hours. Diamond and Gold VIP tier accounts receive priority processing. 5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Funded Winnings. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Partial completion of a Wagering Requirement does not entitle the Player to withdraw any portion of the bonus-funded winnings.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to VIP tier priority rules.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal fees are not applied by 9777cx; recipient payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal requests are approved.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed at 9777cx are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is confirmed only when the Player receives an explicit confirmation message and the corresponding stake is deducted from their PKR wallet. Bets that are technically logged but for which no confirmation is generated due to a system error will be voided and the stake returned.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of wagering and vary by game, market, and Player VIP tier. 9777cx reserves the right to impose personal betting limits on any account where unusual wagering patterns are identified.

6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. In-play cricket betting markets at 9777cx are suspended during certain events — including wickets, no-balls, and over breaks — as determined by real-time market management. Bets placed in-play are subject to the odds accepted at time of bet placement. 9777cx uses official cricket body match data for result settlement and reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.

6.4 Palpable Errors. Where a manifestly incorrect price or line is offered at 9777cx due to human error or data feed failure, the Company reserves the right to void bets struck at the erroneous price. Players will be notified of any voiding and stakes refunded. This provision applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

6.5 Abandoned and Suspended Events. In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or postponed prior to a natural conclusion, 9777cx will apply the settlement rules published in the relevant game or sports rules section. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.1 Promotion Eligibility. Eligibility criteria for each 9777cx promotion — including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards — are published in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made. General eligibility requires: a fully registered and verified 9777cx account; compliance with these Terms and Conditions; and no active self-exclusion status.

7.2 Bonus Crediting. Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's 9777cx account within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. If a bonus does not credit within the stated period, the Player should contact the 9777cx support team before placing any bets — retroactive bonus crediting may be refused once the qualifying deposit has been wagered.

7.3 Wagering Requirement Calculation. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Wagering Requirements are calculated on the original Bonus Fund amount, not on winnings generated from Bonus Fund wagers. Only bets placed on eligible game categories — which will be specified per promotion — count toward the Wagering Requirement.

7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire within the period stated in each promotion's individual terms, measured from the date of bonus crediting. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically.

7.5 Abuse. The Company reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close the Player's account, where it determines — acting reasonably — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim a one-per-account offer, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus-funded profits, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9777cx platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in account suspension, bet voiding, balance confiscation (to the extent permitted under applicable law), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Match fixing or manipulation: Betting on events the outcome of which you have, or have attempted to have, any improper influence over.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any software that automates betting decisions, game play, or account management without the express written consent of 9777cx.
• VPN abuse: Using virtual private networks or proxy services to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming promotions for which you are not eligible.
• Money laundering: Using 9777cx as a conduit to move, conceal, or convert proceeds of crime. The Company is obliged to report suspicious transactions under its international gaming license obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has been successfully credited to your 9777cx wallet and used for gaming. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game format available on 9777cx.
• Account sharing: Sharing your 9777cx login credentials with any third party, or using another person's account credentials.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with any 9777cx support team member or other Player via any in-platform communication channel.

9.1 Commitment. 9777cx is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming on the 9777cx platform should be an entertainment activity. The Company recognises that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and has invested in infrastructure to identify and support such players.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all 9777cx account holders at no cost and with immediate effect upon request:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — once reduced, limits may not be increased for 48 hours.
• Session time reminder alerts at intervals chosen by the Player.
• Automatic session logout after a period of inactivity chosen by the Player.
• Reality checks — on-screen notifications displaying time spent and net gaming result during a session.
• Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days, during which the account is inaccessible.
• Permanent self-exclusion, processed within one hour of request and effective indefinitely.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who self-excludes from 9777cx will be prevented from logging in for the chosen period. The Player's email address will be suppressed from all promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before any reinstatement is considered.

9.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. In addition to the 21+ age requirement at registration, 9777cx actively monitors account behaviour for indicators of underage activity. Where such indicators are detected, the account is suspended pending identity verification. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the 9777cx platform — including but not limited to the 9777cx brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is either owned by or licensed to the Company. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or made available to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.

10.2 Limited Licence. By accepting these Terms, 9777cx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is subject to compliance with these Terms and is automatically revoked upon account suspension or closure.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not use any automated means to access, scrape, or index the 9777cx platform. You may not frame the platform within another website, reproduce odds data for commercial redistribution, or use the 9777cx trademark in any manner not expressly authorised.

11.1 Scope. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9777cx shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to platform downtime, data errors, or payment processing delays.

11.2 Technical Failures. 9777cx takes reasonable measures to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Bets placed during a demonstrable technical failure may be voided if the failure can be shown to have materially affected bet acceptance or game outcome. The Company's maximum liability in respect of any verified technical failure is limited to the return of the affected stake amounts.

11.3 Third-Party Services. 9777cx integrates third-party payment processors and game software providers. The Company is not liable for failures, errors, or delays attributable to these third-party services beyond exercising reasonable care in their selection and ongoing monitoring.

12.1 Right to Amend. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the 9777cx platform not less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.

12.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the 9777cx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and balance return in accordance with Clause 3.3.

12.3 Document Version. The current version of these Terms is identified by the version number and effective date displayed in the hero section of this page. Previous versions are available on request from the 9777cx support team.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license. Where a conflict arises between the laws of that jurisdiction and the laws of Pakistan applicable to a Player's use of the platform, the applicable jurisdiction's gaming law provisions shall prevail to the extent they concern the gaming license obligations.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 9777cx, the Player should first contact the 9777cx support team via the contact email published on the platform. The Company will acknowledge all written complaints within 72 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate to the independent dispute resolution service designated under the Company's international gaming license.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
